BentSpoke on tour at Yakima Chief Hops - With Video

BentSpoke co-owner and head brewer Richard Watkins has been in the North American hop fields. "The resiny, dank, citric nature of US hops is a major ingredient in our beer," Richard says. "When BentSpoke got the opportunity to go into the paddocks, sniff and rub the hop cones and choose the best hop bales we hopped at the chance. "Meeting veterans of the hop growing industry and sharing a beer, their stories and few hops on their farms was an important part of BentSpoke's commitment to quality.
