Delivery and Returns Policy
Our beer is delivered fresh from our brewery in Canberra, ACT. This ensures you’re getting the freshest beer possible, delivered direct from the brewery to your door.
Here’s some more information about how we get beer to you.
When will my order be sent?
We endeavour to send orders daily (Mon-Fri) and will get your beer or merch on it's way to you as soon as possible, providing we have the stock available. If for any reason we cant get your order away within a few days, we'll let you know.
Is there anywhere you don’t deliver?
We currently don’t delivery to NT. We also can’t deliver to PO Boxes.
Can deliveries be left at my address if no one is there?
Definitely, as long as there’s a somewhere safe and you’ve let us know that it’s ok to leave it. You can do this by adding a note during the checkout process.
Identification and Responsible Service of Alcohol
BentSpoke supports the responsible consumption of beer including moderation and legal age requirements. Just like a pub the delivery driver may ask for ID or refuse delivery if you appear intoxicated.
All transactions occur in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to GST where applicable.
Please email us at email@example.com if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
All products must be returned in their original condition.
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre-pay all postage.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
BentSpoke Brewing Co will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
