Just in time for the Grand Final weekend, new BentSpoke beverages in stores now
If you???re looking for something a little different to take around to the Grand Final BBQ, BentSpoke Brewing Co has got you covered.
In addition to the award-winning core range, of Barley Griffin Pale Ale and Crankshaft IPA, two news beers are turning up in bottle shops throughout the Canberra region this week.
GFG is a low gluten Ginger Beer. Having long been on tap at BentSpoke???s Braddon brewpub it handily won a popular online vote this year to be BentSpoke???s third packaged beer. GFG is a proven popular hit even with folk who don???t normally think they like beer.
Sprocket on the other hand is a beer lover???s dream. A ???Big and Hoppy??? 7% ABV pale IPA brewed with specially grown Voyager Malt, and hops carefully selected to deliver a fruity punch to both the nose and palate. The staff at BentSpoke???s Brewpub consistently turn to Sprocket at the end of a shift, and they know a thing or two about beer.
These two new brews are the first outing for BentSpoke???s ???Drifter Series??? of seasonal releases, but if something sells particularly well it might make it into the core range.
BentSpoke co-owner and head brewer Richard Watkins is thrilled to have the new cans out in the market this weekend.
???I can???t think of a better way to get a Grand Final BBQ party started than with a carton of Sprocket and a carton of GFG,??? Watkins said.
???But to really jazz it up throw a slice a lime into the Ginger Beer can???.
