Enjoy as a BBQ banquet and/or build your own taco .
Bring the flank steak to room temperature oil and season with sea salt and pepper, then BBQ to your liking. Rest steak, slice meat thinly against the grain and arrange onto a plate. Drizzle steak with chimichurri.
For the chicken wingettes drain off excess marinade and BBQ on medium heat until cooked (about 8 to 10 mins) turning every 2 minutes.
Transfer the cooked wings into a bowl and top with the agave syrup. Toss until evenly coated.
Grill Octopus on BBQ until charred and warmed through (Roughly 3-5 mins, already pre-cooked)
BBQ/chargrill corn and cauliflower giving as much colour as you like (these items wont necessarily need long as they have been pre steamed).
Once cooked, rub the chargrilled corn with Fixie mayo, sprinkle with grated haloumi and squeeze with a little lime .
